At Fooq ul Bashar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every book is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged book.
- You received the wrong title or edition.
- The book has a manufacturing or printing defect.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To process your request:
- The book must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging should be retained.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be requested.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections caused during shipping that do not affect readability.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Digital products (if applicable).
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong or a defective book, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged book), the return shipping cost will be covered by Fooq ul Bashar.
- For other approved return cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
