What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What are your shipping and return policies?
Shipping charges apply nationwide unless your order qualifies for free shipping (orders over Rs. 25,000). If a book arrives damaged or incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery by contacting us with photos of the item.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned for updates.
Payments
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, along with bank transfer at checkout. Simply place your order and choose your preferred payment method.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Currently, we do not accept international credit cards. Payments are limited to Cash on Delivery and local bank transfer within Pakistan.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
No additional sales tax is charged. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay, excluding shipping charges (if applicable).
Shipping & Returns
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once your return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or bank account.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
